Garage Door Repair Prices and Visits
How much does garage door repair cost?

Is the starting price the final price?
No. A starting price is where pricing begins. The technician looks at your door, names the exact price, and you approve it before any work begins. Garage door repair
What does the diagnostic visit cost?
Once the repair is done, the diagnostic call carries a $0 charge. The technician finds the cause, explains it in plain words and gives you the price. Garage door repair
Can I call after dark or on a weekend?
Yes. The office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A door stuck open or a car trapped inside is what the emergency line is for. Emergency garage door repair
Springs, Cables and Tracks
How can I tell that a spring has broken?
Common signs are a loud bang from the garage, a door that feels very heavy or will not lift by hand, and a gap in the coil above the door. Do not try to force the door open. Call us, and a technician checks the spring and prices the swap. Garage door spring repair
Why does one side of my door hang lower?
A lift cable may have frayed or slipped off its drum, so one side carries more of the load. Stop using the door and have it looked at, because it can tilt further and jam. Garage door cable repair
My door came off its track. Can I push it back?
Please do not. A door that has left its track may drop with no warning. Keep people and cars clear and call. The technician secures the door first, then straightens or replaces the track. Garage door track repair
Openers, Panels and New Doors
The opener hums and nothing moves. What now?
Try the wall button, then the remote. If the motor runs while the door stays shut, a broken spring or a worn gear may be the cause. A technician checks the door balance before blaming the motor. Garage door opener repair
Can you put in a new opener?
Yes. New openers come as quiet belt drives or wall-mount units, with battery backup if you want it. Each one is sized to your door and set up with safety sensors that reverse the door. The price is set after the technician sees your door. Garage door opener installation
Can you replace just one damaged panel?
Often, yes. A dented or cracked section can be swapped and matched to the rest of the door, as long as the model is still made. Panels are priced by door model and color. Garage door panel replacement
Should I replace the whole door instead?
Several damaged panels, a door out of shape or a repair that keeps coming back can point to a new door. The technician tells you which choice makes more sense. New doors are measured to the real opening and priced after that. New garage door installation
